Since its original construction in the late 1800’s, Anderson Hall has welcomed students to the Kansas State University campus. Amazingly, the windows have stood the test of time, and they remain completely original to the building and have lasted nearly 150 years. As part of a pilot project, six window units were selected for replacement. The new windows were required to reflect the character and appearance of the original windows as much as possible. Our community partners at Manko Window produced profiles that matched the existing trim to 1/8” and nearly identical to the original. The six windows were replaced in hopes of setting the stage for future full replacement.
