Pi Beta Phi Sorority has completed several improvements to its facility in recent years. Projects have included restroom renovations, fire suppression system addition in the formal dining and living rooms, new heating and cooling units, and a renovated dining room. The recently completed project was a three-story addition with a full basement below. The addition houses additional dining space on the main floor with study and sleeping quarters on the second and third levels which created 8 person "mini" suites.
