Kappa Alpha Theta completed upgrades and reconfiguration of the sleeping/study suites and restrooms housed on the second floor of its facility. The house was originally built in 1963 and enlarged in 1990. Sleeping/study suites accommodate six individuals each and the restrooms were completely removed,  redesigned and rebuilt. The restroom completion was Phase I and the sleeping/study suites were completed in Phase 2.
